Friday Spirit Day!

The Right to Read Character Book Parade for K-6 students will be held on Friday, November 1st @ 8:30!

Second graders have been spending their hard earned bonus bucks for some pretty AWESOME show and tells this year! Check out some of our guests!

Spanish I students have been learning to extend basic conversations in Spanish, including lessons on different ways to ask and respond to how someone is doing. To demonstrate their understanding, they chose creative ways to showcase their skills—some brought their ideas to life through artwork, others performed skits, and some expressed themselves through journal entries in Spanish!

Students in grades 4-12 who earned the 1st quarter behavior reward went to VanDemark Farm. Students were able to do a corn maze, putt-putt golf, hayride, and more. It was a beautiful day and students had a lot of fun!

Spirit Day!

The 6A group has been busy completing their drawings of bumblebees and flowers. They finished with a beautiful multi-media artwork filled with beautiful flowers and bumblebees. They used colored pencil, and sharpie.

Business Tech student's presenting their Prediction of Life project. Students present their life goals on career, college, and life.

Guest speaker and Srta. Tebo's amiga, Amy Walker, came in to present to Spanish students today. She spoke about the culture of the Dominican Republic and taught students traditional dances, all in her first language, Spanish.

New Knoxville High School Boys will be playing against each other in a Volleyball match (TBA) to support the Yearbook. The game will be open to the public and we would love to see your support at the game and with one of our BUFF PUFF T-SHIRTS! See order form below

Last week, the third graders had a gorgeous day to release the Painted Lady butterflies!

5th grade held a formal debate in the classroom about if video games are more helpful or more harmful for kids. The two teams researched before the debate and did not know which side they were on until debate day. They were outstanding and VERY professional! 😌
